2. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS - OLEA BEAUTY Ltd processes your personal data on the basis of art. 28, paragraph 3 of Regulation 2016/679 in connection with Art. 6 (1) (b). "A", b. "B", b. "C" and b. "E" of the GDPR

3. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROCESSING

3.1. Fulfillment of obligations of the ADMINISTRATOR under a contract for sale and delivery of purchased goods:

• Creating a client profile in the platform of the ADMINISTRATOR

• Customer identification when ordering;

• Identification of the recipient of the goods upon delivery;

• Exercising the right to refuse or make a complaint;

• Issuance of cards for loyal customers.

3.2. Fulfillment of legal obligations of the ADMINISTRATOR

• Issuance of documents for sale - goods receipts, invoices, etc.

• Carrying out financial and accounting processing of the contract with the client and for tax and social security control by the respective competent authorities.

3.3 For the purposes of the legitimate interests of the ADMINISTRATOR, namely:

• Tracking the performance of each delivery;

• Providing all issues related to complaints;

• Analysis of consumer demand and behavior;

• Sending messages for promotions, offers, surveys, advertising games;

• Sending advertising and / or information messages.

4. DATA COLLECTION METHOD: OLEA BEAUTY Ltd. processes only data that is voluntarily provided by our customers and users. 7. PERIOD OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE. DESTRUCTION OF DATA

After the execution of a specific delivery or after giving your consent, your personal data is stored within the following time limits:

• 10 years for accounting documents, starting from the beginning of the year following the year in which the accounting document was issued - Name, Surname, City, Address, Telephone.

• 5 years from the execution of a specific delivery, in order to track the execution of each delivery and securing all issues related to complaints and lawsuits - Name, Surname, City, Address, Phone.

The destruction of personal data is carried out in compliance with a written procedure for this, according to the internal documents of OLEA BEAUTY Ltd.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

OLEA BEAUTY Ltd. strictly applies technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or other forms of illegal processing in accordance with Art. 32 of Regulation 2016/679. Personal data is available only to those persons who need access to perform their work in connection with the provision of our services. These persons are trained and empowered accordingly.
