RULES FOR CONDUCTING GAMES ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE OF Goodlifebg.com

The games, held on the page of Goodlifebg.com, are organized and conducted by "Olea Beauty Ltd." (Organizer).

1. Mechanism

In order to participate in a specific game, the participant must fulfill the conditions for participation specified in the specific post announcing the game, publishing content on his own behalf in a specified manner.

Participation in the game is possible in compliance with the current conditions for participation ("Conditions for participation") and the conditions in the specific post announcing the game. By participating in the Game, the participant expressly agrees to accept these Terms of Participation, including the privacy policy, as well as the conditions in the specific post announcing the game.

2. Right to participate

All persons on the territory of Bulgaria who have reached the age of 16 have the right to participate in the games.

It is not allowed to participate from fake profiles and by any other methods in order to increase the chance of winning. In case of suspicion of abuse, the organizers have the right to disqualify participants.

3. Rewards

The prizes are announced in the post, specifying the conditions for inclusion in the game. Unless otherwise stated in the post for announcing the game, the prizes are drawn on a raffle basis.

In case of winning, the participant must contact the organizers by emailing sales@goodlifebg.com within 14 days from the date of winning, with which to submit delivery details (full name, delivery address and telephone Connection). Another mechanism for receiving the prize can be announced in the post - in this case the participant should use this other mechanism.

4. Duration of the games

The specific duration of each game is indicated in the post with which it is announced.

Facebook does not bear any responsibility in connection with the organization and conduct of games of the Organizer. The games organized and conducted by the Organizer are in no way sponsored, approved, administered or connected to Facebook.

INFORMATION RELATED TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data controller within the meaning of Article 4 (7) of General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR):

2. Information about the collected personal data and the purposes for their collection and processing

2.1. Personal data collected and processed in connection with participation in the game

For the purposes of participating in the Game, the Organizer collects and processes the following data of the participants - a name or nickname published on Facebook, which is a set of words / symbols, based on which the user is identified. The reason for processing is the given consent of the Participant, according to art. 6, item 1, letter a of the GDPR, which by accepting the conditions of the game agrees with the processing of the specified personal data.

The processing of this data is a necessary condition for participation in the Game

2.2. Personal data of the winning Participants, collected and processed in connection with the receipt of the prize.

In order to receive a prize, the winning Entrant must provide full names, delivery address and telephone number. As far as this information is sent to the email specified by the Organizer, we automatically collect and process the e-mail address of the winning Participant. Grounds for processing the data for delivery of the prize - name, address and telephone number, are contractual relations between the Organizer and the winner, in particular participation in the game and awarding a prize by Goodlifebg.com, according to Art. 6, item 1, letter b of the GDPR.

In case the value of the received prize exceeds BGN 100 and in order to comply with the legal requirements for declaring the provided prize, in addition to the already mentioned personal data, the winning Participant should provide his / her PIN. Grounds for processing the PIN is a legal obligation in connection with the declaration of the prize awarded to the winning Participant, according to Art. 6, item 1, letter c of the GDPR in connection with Art. 73 of the Personal Income Tax Act. The organizer is not responsible for incorrectly provided data in connection with the declaration of the awarded prize.

If it is established that an invalid PIN has been provided, the winner loses the right to receive his prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw another winner. All Participants assume all costs that have arisen or could arise due to their participation in the Game with the exception - for the winning Participants who have received prizes over BGN 100 - of the prize tax, which is due under the Personal Income Tax Act and will be sung and contributed by the Organizer.

3. Recipients / categories of data recipients

Personal data required to participate in the game and receive a prize - posted on Facebook nickname, name, email, delivery address and phone number can be processed by commercial partners of the Organizer involved in the organization of the game.

The personal data necessary for declaring the awarded prize - name and PIN will be provided to the National Revenue Agency.

4. Deadlines for processing / deletion of personal data

The data required for participation in the game will be processed by the Organizer and trading partners involved in the organization of the game within 3 months after the end of the game.

The personal data required for delivery of the prize, in particular name, address and telephone number will be deleted within 3 months after the Organizer receives the data by email from the Participant. Within this period the email correspondence with the winning Participant is deleted.

The personal data necessary for declaring the award - full name and PIN, will be processed within 11 years, according to the obligation to store documents for tax and social security control under Art. 38, para. 1, item 3 of the Tax-Insurance Procedure Code.

5. Your rights as a data subject

According to the GDPR, Participants have the right to free access (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16) or deletion (Art. 17) of their personal data or restriction (Art. 18) of processing. Participants have the right to the portability of their personal data (Art. 20) by requesting that their personal data be provided in a widely used and machine-readable format both to them and to a person or organization designated by them.

The given consent for processing of the personal data necessary for the participation in the game can be withdrawn at any time according to art. 7, para. 3 of the GDPR in connection with Art. 17 of the GDPR. In this case, the Participant loses the right to participate in the game.

The winning Participant, who has received his prize, has no right to delete his personal data related to the declaration of the prize - name and PIN, until the expiration of the specified period of 11 years.

In case of questions regarding the processing of personal data or in case a Participant wishes to submit a signal or complaint and / or assert his / her rights, he / she may do so in writing to the specified contact details of the Personal Data Controller or in writing, including by e-mail on personal data protection.

In addition, the Participants have the right to appeal to the Commission for Personal Data Protection at the address: Sofia 1592, Blvd. "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov ”№ 2 or electronically by the order of the Law for the electronic document and the electronic certification services.
